Williston, FL—one of my favorite places to visit and a place I hope to one day call home. What draws me in the most is the incredible equine community. Although I no longer have a horse or work with them regularly, my love for them remains strong. My dream has always been to live near Ocala, FL, own a piece of land with several horses, and run both an equine and photography business from there. It's such a refreshing change to escape the hustle of Orlando and spend time in a place that brings me so much peace. I also love Ocala and Williston because I have a specific taste in horses. I ride English and I’m drawn to Warmbloods, Thoroughbreds, and Draft Crosses.
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of heading back to Williston for a headshot and lifestyle session with the Striker Group, a team of successful realtors in the area. I've worked with them several times before, and I’m always thrilled when they invite me back for more photos. They are a super awesome group to work with and they own the most beautiful horses. There's something about combining my passion for photography and my love for horses that brings me so much joy.
Despite the early start a few weeks ago, the summer heat and humidity in Williston were intense. Nonetheless, we made the most of it. The horses behaved exceptionally well, and overall, I had an amazing time.
